Conditions of Booking from 1st September 2010 to 31/08/2011:

• Check in from 2.00 pm on date of arrival, Please arrange to obtain key from the agents.
• Check out by 10.00 am on morning of departure. Please arrange to return the key to the agents.
• Early/Late checking may be available by arrangement with the agent.  This cannot be confirmed until 7 days prior to the booking to avoid interference with other bookings. An additional charge of $50 will apply to each early check in and each late checkout agreed.
• Units are fully furnished with linen and crockery provided.
• All units are cleaned prior to entry.
• Maximum occupancy  6 persons (including children) on bedding provided.
• A booking fee of $40.00 (non refundable) applies to each booking and is additional to the seasonal tariff shown. If both units are booked two  booking fees ($80) will apply.
• A refundable holding bond of $250.00 is payable which will be returned by post upon return of all keys to the agent, the unit being left in good condition, and all garbage removed.
• Bookings are secured by payment of the booking fee ($40 per unit), holding bond ($250) and 10% of the agreed rental tariff.  This deposit is fully refundable (excluding booking fees) up to 21 days in advance of the booked period upon written advice of cancellation to the managing agent.
• For cancellations within 21 days of the booked date 10% rental deposits held, plus the holding bond and booking fees will be forfeit.. 
• If complaints are received about unruly or noisy behaviour or parties the tenancy will be immediately terminated and any payments held (including the holding bond) will be forfeit.
• Balance of agreed rental fee is payable upon receipt of the keys (on arrival). 
• If a booking period crosses a seasonal tariff change then the higher tariff shall be applicable for the whole booking period (excluding any full weeks in the lower tariff period).
• Weekend tenants are required to remove excess rubbish on departure. Do not leave in Unit collection bins, rubbish is to be placed in public street bins adjacent or taken with you.  Weekly tenants may use collection bins provided but are asked to place bins on street Monday night for garbage collection Tuesday morning. Bins are to be returned to the garages following collection, thank you. A rubbish removal fee of $60 per unit will be a deducted from the holding bond for excess rubbish left in the apartments or bins/garage.
• We would appreciate it if you can clean the barbecue and  advise the agent on departure if you have used it, so that we can arrange to have the gas replaced for the next tenant. Also let the agent know of any faults/repairs that may be needed, thanks.
• Please note, The Ocean View is a family friendly facility.  It is not a party venue.  Please be considerate of the comfort of other tenants. Use of the units is for the enjoyment and convenience of booked guests only.  Larger groups of visitors are not permitted.  Any complaints of undue noise or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the booking and forfeit of all monies paid, including the holding bond.
• NO SMOKING - in consideration for other guests and residents, smoking is not allowed on the property. This includes in the units, garages, on the balconies or in the courtyards.
